What you will do:
You will be responsible for developing and executing effective leadership hiring strategies, managing end-to-end executive recruitment processes, and fostering strong partnerships with internal stakeholders.
You should have a deep understanding of corporate leadership needs, a keen eye for talent, and exceptional relationship-building skills.
You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, executives, and HR partners across regions to ensure the acquisition of high-impact leaders who align with the company's strategic objectives.
How will you do:
Strategic Planning/Talent Sourcing
Collaborate with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand organizational needs and define leadership hiring strategies
Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment plans for executive-level positions
Utilize various sourcing methods, including networking, industry events, social media, and executive search firms, to identify and attract high-caliber candidates
Build and maintain a robust network of executive-level candidates.
Candidate Assessment and Selection:
Conduct thorough interviews, assessments, and reference checks to evaluate candidates' leadership skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Collaborate with hiring managers to make informed and data-driven hiring decisions.
Stakeholder Management:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leaders and hiring managers.
Keep stakeholders informed of recruitment progress, market insights, and industry trends.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR/Operations/onboarding, to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process.
Work closely with leadership to align hiring strategies with the overall business strategy.
Participate in and contribute to talent acquisition and leadership development initiatives.
Employer Branding/ Market Intelligence:
Work closely with the marketing and communications teams to enhance the organization's employer brand in the executive talent market.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to advise leadership on talent acquisition strategies
Provide insights on compensation trends and benchmarking.
Process Improvement:
Continuously evaluate and enhance the leadership hiring process to ensure efficiency, fairness, and a positive candidate experience.
Implement best practices and stay current with industry innovations.
What are we looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the company's goals and culture.
High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
8+ years of proven experience in executive search, leadership hiring, or a related role in a highly matrixed global environment
Strong understanding of leadership competencies and the ability to assess executive-level talent.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with relevant HR tools and technologies.
