The Position

Product Transfer Specialist & Planner is responsible for managing source change project management, incoming product transfers to the site, and collaborating with the site internal team. The person must understand project management, production planning, and analytics data collection and conclusions to drive supply and system operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage source change project, such as product transfer, bulk source change or any other change initiative at site under SCM responsibility.

  • Manage the Change Management proses for any source changes. Interact with internal and external customers to ensure timely execution of project plans and meet customer service and satisfaction goals as well as aligning with site Key Performance Indicator.

  • Interacts with CoE (Center of Excellence) or SME as required.

  • Have knowledge and understanding of Production planning and be able to demonstrate it.

  • Provide data to identify and facilitate Continuous Improvement opportunities.

  • Support regular team communication and provide continuous feedback.

Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business studies, economics, or industrial engineering preferred.

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional work experience, including 2 years in Product transfer, project management, and material management

  • Developing professional skillset through routine work assignments.

  • Effective communication skills: conveys information, asks questions, and checks for understanding.

  • Accountable for technical contributions to project team or sub-team.

  • Adheres to established procedures, technologies, and methodologies.

  • Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.

  • Knowledge of supply chain risk and compliance.

  • Innovative thinking in delivering supply chain metrics and improvements.

  • Willingness to grow and stay updated with information systems in supply chain.

  • Understanding of sales and operation planning.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to maintain professional networks.

  • Familiarity with RCCP, CRP, and PAC.

  • Having knowledge of Continues Improvement for Planning optimization and inventory management processes.

  • Experience with S4HANA or at least understanding of the SAP PP module.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas such as pivot tables and lookups.

  • Proficient in English both written and verbal, for day-to-day communication.
