Job Description

​Do you have DeltaV experience, and are you seeking a new job in Singapore? Cognizant is looking for a full-time Senior DeltaV System Developer, and the role comes with an attractive salary and benefits package.

As a DeltaV Developer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering the DeltaV application system on-site. You will also participate in developing and implementing automation solutions in line with S88 standards for the plant. You'll be encouraged, supported and rewarded for doing what is right for the long-term success of the customer and business.

In your first few weeks in this developer role, you can expect to:

  • Create and maintain applications according to technical design and requirements

  • Develop and review System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) deliverables to ensure they comply with the site's standards

  • Determine processes and data flow that support the needs of the project

  • Design and develop plans for modifications to be made to the system by working with the team in the development of systems architecture, specifications, control strategies, and sequence of operations through all stages.

To apply for this Senior DeltaV Developer role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include:

  • Emerson DeltaV DCS experience and DeltaV Batch experience

  • Experience in the designing and commissioning of DeltaV DCS project for GMP manufacturing site

  • Technical proficiency in control systems, including familiarity with control panels, networking, panel/field wiring, and PLC control systems

  • Understanding of Batch s88 standards (CM, EM, Phases, Recipes, Units, etc)

  • Familiarity with GAMP lifecycle and quality management processes employed in the pharmaceutical sector.
