Do you have Partner Advisor experience, and are you seeking a new opportunity in Malaysia? Cognizant is seeking a flexible, full-time Partner Advisor and the role comes with an attractive salary and benefits package.

As a Partner Advisor, you will be responsible for product/service sales and upsell (inbound, outbound). You will also execute daily outbound phone calls/emails, contact decision-makers, build quick rapport and assess needs.

In your first few weeks in this Partner Advisor role, you can expect to:

  • Explain client technical products/solutions and value proposition to businesses of different verticals and sizes and explain how they address client needs

  • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns to source, contact, and engage prospective customers interested in evaluating client products

  • Develop and lead outbound campaigns from idea generation to initial pitch and pipeline qualification

  • Lead and contribute to team projects to develop and refine our sales process

To apply for this Partner Advisor role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business, management, sales, marketing or a related field

  • English, Bahasa, Chinese, Mandarin, Korean, Cantonese, or Thai - C1 or above certified

  • Advanced English communication proficiency

  • The ability to connect and add value to a broad range of customers, with great interpersonal and listening skills
