This International Women’s Day, we are continuing to celebrate, uplift, and empower women across the world and their extraordinary achievements. Women are setting the scene for 2022, breaking boundaries in tech, banking, STEM, and male-dominated industries.
However, we can’t deny that there is still a “glass ceiling” that limits the success of women in many parts of the world. What causes this? Is it fuelled by unconscious or conscious biases? Discrimination and stereotyping? Other factors that we may not recognise?
In this fireside chat, four female leaders will give us the answers we need.
Our women in technology panellists from IBM ,Jacobs, Experian and HubSpot will dive into the root of the problem and discuss how we can break through the glass ceiling that the modern career woman faces. We will learn how to recognise and challenge our own biases that can potentially be harmful while taking the necessary steps towards breaking these same biases.
Speaker’s Info.:
Tun Kim Ong, IBM GM, Manufacturing Solutions
Sinead Giblin, Jacobs Asia GM & VP of People & Places Solutions
