データセンターエンジニアリング・オペレーションズ（DCEO）チームは、弊社の大規模・高密度なデータセンター内で、ファシリティ（電気・機械設備、制御系・消防関連設備など）の導入から運用・保守まで担当していただけるサブジェクトエキスパート（ SME ）を募集しています。社内外のお客様向けのサービスを365日24時間体制でサポートしている為、勤務形態はシフト勤務、オンコール、又はそれらの組み合わせとなります。

■主な仕事内容
ミッションクリティカルなファシリティの運用・保守業務
ハードウェアの増減に関わる電源回路の追加や撤去等のハンズオン業務
新規構築プロジェクト、拡張プロジェクト業務
自然災害への準備・対策、インシデントなど優先度・重要度の高い緊急対応
設備運用に関わる改善提案・遂行

The Infrastructure Operations (Data Center) Team is the backbone of AWS, supporting the rapidly growing AWS business and customers 24/7. We are committed to maintain the physical infrastructure of AWS in the areas of availability, productivity, efficiency, while ensuring the standards of safety and security.

The Data Center Engineering Operations (DECO) operation team is seeking a strong subject matter expert (SME) who can deploy, operate, and maintain the facilities (electrical/mechanical systems, control/fire-fighting systems, etc.) of our large-scale, high-density data centers. We support our internal and external customers 24x7 all year, so work is by shift, on-call or a combination of the two.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
· Operation and maintenance of mission-critical facilities
· Hands-on work relating to decrease/increase of rack capacity
· New build and expansion projects
· Prepare and implement countermeasure for natural disasters, emergency response to high priority/critical incidents

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· ミッションクリティカルなファシリティの運用・保守（短長期計画）の経験があること
· ミッションクリティカルなファシリティの基本的な知識を保持していること
· 変更管理、インシデント管理、問題管理、障害対応の経験があること
· 標準手順書、作業手順書、緊急手順書などの文書作成経験があること
· ポリシー、プロセス、作業手順に基づいた作業と、メンテナンス期間・変更管理の経験または基本理解があること
· ベーシックレベルの英語でのコミュニケーション能力（会話・読み書き）
· セイフティー（安全）ならびにセキュリティのポリシー（基準）を理解し、順守できること
· オンコール勤務が可能な方
· シフト勤務が可能な方（勤務形態：4勤3休のシフト制となり、日勤・夜勤を交互に担当します。更にシフト勤務の詳細は別途面接時にお伝えさせて頂きます。）

· Experience with operating and maintaining data center facilities (short and long-term planning)
· Basic knowledge (equivalent to CDCS) of data center facilities
· Experience with change management, incident management, issue management, and troubleshooting after failure
· Experience writing documents such as standard operating procedures, methods of procedure, and emergency operating procedures
· Experience or basic understanding of maintenance windows and change management systems, as well as how to work following policies, processes, and procedures
· Vendor management experience
· Japanese business level
· English proficiency (verbal and written) at a level that enables daily tasks without trouble - TOEIC 800+ or equivalent
· Able to understand and follow Safety and Security policies in a workplace
· Able to lift and/or move equipment weighing about 18kg safely using lifting machines
· Able to work on-call
· Optional Shift work (depending on the situation), Able to work in shifts (4 on, 3 off; switch between day and night shifts. Work schedule details will be discussed during the interview)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· PMP、Prince2、ITIL v2またはv3、BICSI、ASHRAE、CDCP、CDCS、CDCEまたは同等の資格を保持していること
· データセンターの運用保守経験があること
· 電気関連システム（電力変電所の供給、変圧器、スイッチギア、VFIクラスのUPS、DRUPS、PDU、ATS、STS、SLAまたはVRLAバッテリーと関連システム、ディーゼル・ガスタービン発電機と関連する燃料システム、サージ制御回路、アクティブ高調波フィルタ、バッテリー監視システム、分岐回路モニタリングシステム、SCADAシステム）の優れた理解力があること
· 機械関連システム（CRAC・CRAH・AHU、チラー、クーリングタワー、貯蔵タンク、熱交換器、配管システム、ポンプ、バルブ、ダクトシステム、ファン、ダンパ、火災感知と消火システム、配管と排水システム、ビル監視システム、自動制御システム）の優れた理解力があること
· ベンダー管理経験があること

· Experience working on PUE improvement measures
· Holds certification for Qualified Energy Manager and has experience reporting to the government about energy management
· Holds certification for Type II Chief Electrical Engineer and has experience managing extra-high voltage electrical facilities
· Strong ability to understand electrical systems (supply system of power substations, transformers, switchgears, VFI-class UPS, DRUPS, PDU, ATS, STS, SLA or VRLA battery and related systems, fuel systems related to diesel/gas turbine generators, surge control circuits, active harmonic filters, battery monitoring systems, branch circuit monitoring systems, SCADA systems)
· Strong ability to understand mechanical systems (CRAC/CRAH, AHU, chillers, cooling towers, storage tanks, heat exchangers, plumbing systems, pumps, valves, duct systems, fans, dampers, fire detection and extinguishing systems, drainage systems, building monitoring systems, automatic control systems)
· Experience participating in commissioning
· Holds certification in PMP, Prince2, ITIL v2 or v3, BICSI, ASHRAE, CDCP, CDCS, CDCE, or equivalent
· Understands PDCA and has experience with process improvements
· Experience with hiring and training new employees
