Data Center Lead Critical Facilities Engineer/ 데이터센터 선임 설비 엔지니어
Job Summary
The Lead Critical Facilities Engineer (Mechanical) in the Korea Hyperscale SL2x team is a highly skilled specialist who contributes to Facility Maintenance, Continuous Improvement, Vendor Management, and Collaboration. The focus is to identify process and operational gaps for SL2x and utilize expertise to develop solutionson while contributing to the development of new concepts and techniques for standard operating procedures. Supports the overall team.
Responsibilities
Facility/Infrastructure Maintenance
Performs site inspections and monitors the building and Data Center alarms
Performs preventative maintenance on site infrastructure (e.g. maintenance of primary infrastructures), or manages vendors
Undertakes repairs and corrective maintenance
Assists Team Lead in coordinating critical infrastructure
Continuous Improvement
Initiates Standard Operational Procedures (SOPs) according to best practices. Reviews SOPs as required to ensure optimal performances
Site Administration
Completion of site logs and data gathering for permits, such as MOPs and scripts
Incident Management
Responds to all on-site incidents and acts as required
May instruct on-site staff during simple incidents
Vendor Management
Maintains and builds positive relationship with vendors. Coordinate with vendors to ensure that maintenance activities are carried out as per standards in a timely manner
Collaboration
Effectively collaborates with internal and external departments
Provide guidance and support to members of the team to address complex technical issues.
Additional Projects
Carries out more complex infrastructure projects
Qualifications
Typically requires a bachelor's degree in an Engineering field and 8+ years of equivalent work experience
