[In Person] Women of Tomorrow | The Future of Work: How to be Empowered and Future-ready

Regan Baillie is responsible for building meaningful relationships with the world’s largest advertisers and agencies. In her role, Regan has the mission to help them understand, navigate, and leverage the power of the Open Internet to solve their unique advertising challenges.

With more than two decades of experience in the digital advertising industry, Regan is an advertising technology veteran who holds a track record in helping brands to succeed in a digital first world. She also served as a board member of IAB Southeast Asia for four years. 

Prior to The Trade Desk, Regan was the Chief Digital Officer at GroupM Singapore where she led digital, data and platforms across Xaxis and GroupM platform and drove the digital development of GroupM Singapore. Previously, Regan served as the Chief Business Development Officer at MediaCom Asia Pacific. 

Regan is a passionate advocate of Inclusive leadership and holds an Executive Masters in Change from INSEAD.

Following a spinal cord injury in a car accident 6 years ago, Zora’s life took an unexpected turn, leading her to embrace quadriplegia and a wheelchair. Undeterred by her physical disability, she pursued her passions and indulging in her advocacy for people with disabilities and mental health. She is currently an Inclusive Employment Recruiter at Singaporean social enterprise Inclus.

Previously an athletic young woman, part-time model, and social media influencer, Zora had to navigate the emotional, mental, and physical upheaval that followed her accident. However, she eventually embraced her condition and found a renewed sense of purpose in advocating for the disabled and raising awareness among the able-bodied about the importance of inclusion. Despite battling chronic pain and the side effects of medications, Zora’s commitment to her cause earned her the prestigious Goh Chok Tong Enable Award in 2019.

Zora actively utilizes her platform to create advocacy videos to spread awareness to make a change, and actively participates in fundraising efforts. She has done fundraisers to raise money for organisations like SPD and the Muscular Dystrophy Association of Singapore. Despite the challenges she faces, Zora remains resolute in her mission, knowing that her efforts will contribute to a more inclusive and understanding society. As she eloquently puts it, "The pain takes a big toll on me, but I'm still working and advocating for my community because I know there will be change someday."

With over 15 years of experience in talent acquisition, Tosh has extensive experience hiring in the Asia Pacific region and a broad perspective on recruitment trends and challenges. Tosh has worked in the talent acquisition space in both agency and in house environments across multiple industries including financial services and technology among others and this has helped to shape his broad perspective on how talent acquisition adds strategic value to business.

Samantha has been at The Trade Desk for 4 years, as General Manager of Client Service, based in Singapore.

Prior to The Trade Desk, Samantha spent 13 years in media agencies including WPP (GroupM) and Omnicom, both in Singapore and in London. She started out in Paid Search in the mid 00’s and has led teams across all digital channels

Client Service and team management have always been the focus throughout her career as Samantha has a passion for working with people.

Samantha gets immense joy from the growth and development of those around her, and generosity is at the core of her personal values.

Originally from Cape Town, South Africa, Samantha has lived in both London and Singapore, and enjoys travelling with her husband and 2 kids.

Toyin is Visa Asia Pacific’s Head of Inclusion and Diversity. She is responsible for implementing Visa’s Strategic vision for Inclusion and Diversity across 18 countries.

Over the course of her 15 year career Toyin has worked in Inclusion and Diversity,Social Impact, Strategy and Finance in five different continents

Toyin graduated from Harvard Graduate School of Education, holds an MBA from Queens University and holds a double degree in Accounting and International business from the University of Manitoba.

Toyin is a product of great mentors and also a mentor herself of secondary school and university students. She is also a mother to two children and she enjoys painting and traveling.

Pallavi Srivastava is currently the Senior Director HR for APAC Business Functions at Johnson Controls. Over a 25-year career in the HR profession, she spent 20 years at IBM in various global roles. Prior to IBM she was in other MNCs like PwC and Siemens and has been with Johnson Controls now for over a year. Her global journey spans India, New York, and Singapore. Pallavi's thought leadership is evident from published articles in APAC's media to prominent international speaking engagements on the Future of Work, Digital HR Transformation, and Diversity & Inclusion.

As a guest lecturer at esteemed institutions including Nanyang Business School and SP Jain Institute of Management in Singapore, she is an expert on topics such as HR Digital Transformation, AI in HR, and the Future of Work. Part of the APAC Women Speakers Network, her contributions have earned her accolades like the Women Super Achiever Award and a spot on the HRD Hotlist. Her defining philosophy encapsulates her ethos: "I am not a Woman Leader; I am a Leader."
