Women in Tech: How to Get In, How to Thrive, and How to Excel

In APAC, Cicci has established and led a strong Industry Refrigeration product & Technology organization under new business model to execute Global & APAC Industry Refrigeration strategic initiatives. She is responsible for product sales P&L, R&D, PM and engineering, leveraging global resources in products, branding, engineering to develop APAC Industrial Refrigeration product & technology roadmap to support the various sales channels in APAC region with world-class advanced industrial refrigeration products and engineering excellence to fuel business growth.  

Focus on the restructure and operation & engineering excellence for new business model with the balance of short/mid and long-term growth,  strategy development and implementation. Continuously successfully maintain and drive double digit growth for years in APAC region.   

Cicci also plays many leadership roles in industry associations, eg. Standing Committee member of China Association of Refrigeration 9th &10th Council, Vice-chairman of China Refrigeration and Air-conditioning Association Cold Storage chapter, Board member of the Standing Committee of Commerce Chapter of China Association for Engineering Construction Standardization, IIAR International Committee member.   

As the VP of Women's Global Network APAC, she leads and initializes the activities and campaigns for female employees to help them grow and develop to build the diverse and inclusive culture across the region. She received the “2021 Forbes Women in Tech Award” in China,  “Golden Chain Award for Extraordinary Women of the Year” in 2012, and " JCI Global Sales Master" in 2008.

Fanny has 19+ years experience in HVAC/Compressor R&D and project management. She joined JCI in 2002 as EIT with a great opportunity and biggest growth. Fanny possesses a Bachelor of XJTU in thermal energy and power engineering, along with a Master of SJTU in Project Management. 

Her main responsibilities are functional leadership of  the chiller screw compressor engineering team. To organize, drive and implement engineering work incl global new product development, Introduction, VAVE, and research projects supporting water-cooled, air-cooled and heat pump applications. To lead the team and provide supports for existing product enhancement and maintenance. 

Chloe Li is an experienced data science professional with track record of creating business impact through data, machine learning and deep learning. She is currently the APAC data science lead in Johnson Controls, where she creates flexible and innovative solutions to support strategies and decisions. Chloe is also passionate about growing talents, driving diversity, including encouraging more representation of women in the workplace. 

Divya Jha is a Human Resources professional with experience in translating business challenges into organization strategies for managing talent.  

With over 25 years of experience, Divya is currently the HR Director for India for Johnson Controls. In earlier roles she worked with GE Global Research, GE Healthcare, GE Enterprise Soutions and Asian Paints. Her interest lies in change management, talent assessment and development, executive coaching and M&A.
