He has led teams in excess of 60 people, delivered over $200m in cost savings and efficiencies, successfully delivered 4 integrations following mergers / acquisitions and worked across 6 continents, 70 countries and with over 100 MNC clients He has also successfully built multi-million dollar sales teams from scratch on 3 occasions, and despite leading teams for 20 years has never had an employee he hired ever resign. 

Virginia Tan is the founding partner of Teja Ventures, the first gender lens VC fund for emerging Asia. As a pioneering thought leader for gender and technology in Asia, she founded She Loves Tech, the world’s largest startup competition for women and technology. Virginia Tan is also the founder and former president of Lean In China, one of China’s leading nonprofit platforms for women with over 100,000 members across more than 25 cities and 100 universities in China, which supports the goals and aspirations of Chinese women.

Virginia's background is in law and finance, having worked in Europe, Middle East, Asia, Africa and South America for 2 magic circle firms Clifford Chance and Allen and Overy. She specialised in emerging market investments and has covered more than USD 30 billion of transactions in the course of her career. She moved to Beijing in 2013 to work on strategic investments related to the "One Belt One Road" initiative.

In 2020, Virginia was selected by the Rockefeller Foundation as one of 8 Next Generation Leaders for its Beijing 25+ Summit in 2020 and made Singapore’s 100 Women in Tech inaugural list. She was named by Fast Company as one of 100 most innovative people in business in China and by Prestige as one of Singapore's 40 under 40 in 2019, and as a Global Shaper by the World Economic Forum in 2014. Forbes as hailed her as "removing barriers to global women's empowerment and Fast Company has named her "the Hua Mulan of the business world”. Her work has been featured by leading media such as Forbes, Bloomberg, Financial Times, BBC, China Daily, CCTV, Straits Times, VICE etc. She has spoken at some of the world's largest corporations and leading institutions such as Alibaba, Baidu, Bloomberg, Dell, Disney, DSM, General Electric, Google, P&G, HP, Medtronic, Peking University, Tsinghua University, Columbia University, UNICEF, UN Women, World Economic Forum, Milken Institute, etc.

Born in Asia, raised in Africa and educated in Europe, Amina comes from a very diverse and multicultural background. She has made it her mission to bring about a paradigm shift in healthcare in order to promote better access to medicine across the globe.

She obtained a Doctorate Degree in Public Health and Health Economics at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and later moved back to Japan to work at the Health and Global Policy institute. She then joined a social impact-focused VC, Mistletoe Fund, based in Tokyo, as their Healthcare Innovation Producer.
In 2019, launched fermata, Inc., a leading FemTech ecosystem in Japan in combination with fermata, Inc. Fund, an investment vehicle for global FemTech start-ups. 

Agnes has 15 years of corporate and innovation experience in workforce planning, software development and business transformation for Fortune 500 and listed companies including Accenture, ABB, Gazprom Marketing & Trading, CK Infrastructure (1038:HK), and VPower Group (1608:HK).

She was responsible for the design, costing and project management for multi-million IT & engineering transformation projects saving millions of dollars to achieve operational efficiency and KPI out-performance.

Agnes is a Chartered Engineer and Chartered Accountant with MBA from HKUST and Tsinghua, MSc Applied Mathematics from Imperial College London and B.Eng. Hons. (Electrical) from NUS under Singapore government scholarship. 

Sabrina has been working in the talent solutions industry across Asia Pacific for close to 15 years. She founded half the sky (halftheskyasia.com) - a career and headhunting platform connecting female professionals with equal opportunity employers. Through half the sky, Sabrina hopes to empower women in the workplace and level the playing field for women.

Sabrina is a sought-after speaker on diversity, future of work and leadership and she has been interviewed and featured on Linkedin, Channel News Asia, MONEY FM 89.3, Singapore Tatler, ICON, The Peak, Singapore Women’s Weekly Magazine, ELLE Magazine, The New Paper, Prestige, Robb Report​ and and Buro.Singapore and she is also a contributor for several leading media outlets on gender diversity and future of work topic.
