Barbara Zamora Ramirez is a seasoned recruitment professional. She has worked for various companies across different industries, including technology, healthcare, and finance, and has a strong background in candidate sourcing, selection, and onboarding.
Barbara is also a passionate advocate of employer branding and improving personal branding, recognizing the importance of building strong, positive company cultures that attract and retain top talent. Additionally, she is a dedicated advocate of diversity and inclusion, and is passionate about educating people to create equality within STEM. Barbara drives numerous women
in STEM programs, and is committed to breaking down barriers and supporting women to pursue careers in technology.

David graduated from university in 2020 with a Bachelor’s in Commerce majoring in HR/Marketing. 2020 was not the best year to graduate as there were limited job opportunities, so he decided to explore his passion for human resources in recruiting. This is when he realized, he enjoyed talking to people, understanding their stories, and really getting to dive deeper into their needs and wants. He has now been in the industry for 3+ years and has worked for renowned agencies such as Robert Walters, however found his home at the Trade Desk. He loves breaking down barriers, connecting on a personal level and really understanding what makes people themselves!
