Find Your Next Career Breakthrough at Johnson & Johnson

Since a young age Sharon has had a true passion for many forms of learning and education; a critical factor in deciding to major her study in Psychology. To date she has dedicated 16 years of her life to excellence in education in addition to 11 years of supply chain leadership experience. Sharon is currently charged with leading the Strategic Partnership and Customer Experience Team, supporting critical partnerships and ensuring excellent customer experience through high-quality educational delivery across platforms. Sharon has also been motivated to contribute to the Johnson & Johnson WiSTEM2D Initiative, empowering women and girls to pursue careers in STEM2D, and remain focused on the profound impact we can make on our communities. 

Deepika Midathala is the Business technology leader in Supply Chain, and she currently leads the APAC Supply Chain MedTech technology that is responsible to define strategy and deliver end-to-end digital business solutions. She has scaled up to the leadership role with her 16-years experience in the Technology function across Consumer, Pharma, Med Tech industries. Deepika is passionate about technology, the trends and the skills required with a deep understanding of global business environment. She gained experience in working with diverse stakeholders from various functions, cultures and business. Deepika manages demands from personal and professional life consciously and she strives to be empathic to others. She participates and contributes to activities in J&J beyond her work and in one such occasion, she presented “Conscious Leadership” to senior leaders. 

Deepika is residing in Singapore with her Husband and two children. Deepika was born and educated in India, and she attributes her strong sense of integrity to her parents and her upbringing. 

Kah Yen has over 20 years of extensive work experience in the healthcare industry, specializing in Customer Relationship Management and Project Management.  

She joined Johnson & Johnson almost 15 years ago as the IT lead for Janssen Singapore where she strengthened the customer experience by successfully leveraging on technology to improve business operations across ASEAN markets.  

In her most recent role as Solution Architect, Kah Yen continues to build and expand next generation integrated capabilities and co-create end to end solution designs that span across the Asia Pacific Region.  

Prior to joining Johnson & Johnson, she worked for IMS health Asia where she ran various training simulation programs for clients throughout the Asia Pacific region.  

Kah Yen graduated with a Bachelor of Computing in Information Systems from the National University of Singapore where she also pursued a Minor in Technopreneurship. She is married to Jack, an educator and is the mother of two mischievous but adorable children aged 8 and 11.
