Ning has been in the technology industry for almost 18 years, notably with Cisco, Microsoft, Symantec and LinkedIn. She has a unique blend of experience in sales and recruiting both in-house and in an agency environment. Ning has partnered with leadership teams and cross functional stakeholders on recruitment strategies, talent landscape, strategic project initiatives and diversity hiring.
Ning was a stay-home mum for 1.5 years prior to returning to the Cisco family. She is married with an energetic & mischievous little girl. While she takes up most of her free time, Ning tries to continue her baking journey and now has a mini-baker to assist. Other than that, she always looks forward to a glass of wine and a good movie.
Gary Lim
Gary is a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with over 14 years of experience in the IT and Financial Services industries. He has worked in various environments including recruitment agency, in-house, recruitment process outsourcing and in a managed service provider team lead role. Currently, he is working as a Recruiter in Cisco and manages the end-to-end recruitment process for the Sales & Marketing function across the ASEAN region.
Gary is married with 2 boys and enjoys bingeing on Netflix, playing video games, researching on the latest blockchain projects and he recently took up fishkeeping as a new hobby. Above all, he enjoys spending precious free time with his family.
Shehara Viswanathan
A Technology Evangelist and Leader with over 20 years’ experience in Global Cloud, Telecommunications and Software industries.
As Lead Advisor Cisco she works with customers to optimize their cloud and digital environments, helping them build technology strategies and program development, process improvements and changes, toolset development, digital services and transformation. She focuses on helping customer solve their business problems in unique and effective ways.
Prior to Cisco, she spent nearly a decade working with Telstra where she spearheaded the global cloud strategy and delivered an award-winning, unique offering in Asia’s highly competitive cloud market.
Shehara is passionate about the democratization of technology and increasing the diversity of people in STEAM. She is a member of the Leadership Team of Cloud Seeders, a platform by women for women to learn and collaborate on cloud and digital innovation. Shehara also teaches the basics of Cloud and AI at the Singapore Council of Women’s Organisations IT Hub.
She is a frequent speaker at Technology and Digital Thought Leadership events, and a member of the Keynote Women Speakers Directory. Shehara eagerly shares her enthusiasm for all aspects of technology.
