Women In Leadership Asia Conference 2020

Elena leads the Ratings division of S&P Global in Asia-Pacific. She is responsible for developing strategy, driving business growth and enhancing relationships with regulators, issuers, investors and other key stakeholders in the region. She is also a board member for a number of S&P Global entities and subsidiaries in the region, including TRIS in Thailand and TRC in Taiwan. Elena will be participating in the Female MD/ CEO Panel, contributing to the topic ‘Being a Bold, Brave and Game-Changing Leader’. She will share her experience and tips with the audience on how to be a strategic and courageous leader across geographies and industries.

With almost two decades of experience in brand leadership and change management, Lou Dela Pena has worked with global and iconic brands such as Singapore Airlines, Apple, Coca-Cola, HSBC, Standard Chartered Bank, Mondelez, Visa, Ferrero, BMW, Audi, Samsung, and Procter & Gamble

As co-CEO of VMLY&R Asia, Tripti leads the strategic vision, growth, and operations of the company across Asia. She has been the driving force behind the agency’s expanded capabilities in business transformation, steering the teams to becoming award-winning agencies in their geographies.

Regularly sought for her opinion on all matters digital, Tripti judges award shows, speaks at diverse conferences including keynotes at ad:tech, and writes opinion pieces. Tripti is on the board of VMLY&R Singapore, and is part of the global executive leadership team at VMLY&R.

In addition to her role at VMLY&R, Tripti finds time for her passion: sustainability. She is an adviser of Global Initiatives, a company dedicated to driving awareness of some of the biggest sustainability challenges facing the world today.

A graduate from the Birla Institute of Technology Mesra with a Bachelor of Engineering in electrical and electronics, Tripti enjoys spending her time on meditation, reading, and yoga.

Sabrina has been working in the talent solutions industry across Asia Pacific for over 10 years and is passionate about unlocking the potential of individuals in the workforce.

She founded half the sky (halftheskyasia.com) - a career and headhunting platform connecting female professionals with equal opportunity employers. Through half the sky, Sabrina hopes to empower women in the workplace and level the playing field for women.

Currently resides in Singapore, Sabrina was born and raised in Hong Kong and educated in Hong Kong, New York and Beijing. Sabrina speaks English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
